2024 End of AEP Submission Guidelines

December 7th is the last day of AEP! As you are aware, per CMS,
there are several rules regarding last minute applications.

Check out the list of different carrier guidelines below.

The applications need to be signed and submitted to us by 11:59pm on 12/7.

Shaina Popkin

As long as it’s dated 12/7, you have 48 hours to submit it to Enrollment.

Todd Williams

December 9th is the last day to submit all applications that were signed and dated December 7th.

Don Arguelles

Applications using the AEP Election  must be “submitted” by 11:59 pm on December 7th.

As long as the application is postmarked by 12/7 and/or faxed/entered online before midnight on 12/7, we’ll process it as received.

Trish Cloud

They must be submitted on the December 7th date.

Agent has 48 hours to submit the application into the carrier as long as all dates are 12-7 or before

All applications must be submitted prior to 11:59 pm CST (in each market) on 12/7/22. If applications are mailed, they must be signed 12/7/22 or earlier. Mailed apps are given two day leeway for postage

Paper application must be submitted within 48 hours; Applications faxed after 48 hours are non-commissionable.

The last day of AEP is Dec 7, 2022. If it is a paper application and is dated 12/07/2022 you have 48 hrs to turn in the enrollment.  If the enrollment is done in DRX system they have to be submitted by 11:59pm on 12/07/2022.

John Fallot

The agent would have 48 hours as long as application is dated 12/7.

Dave Bauer

All applications must be dated 12-7 or before and be submitted within the 48 hours or receipt.

Jason Herrington

Apps should be turned in ASAP.  There is no 48hr timeframe, but if it is dated for 12/7 it will be processed as a AEP app.
