Staci has worked in this industry for over 15 years. She is the proud mother of 3 grown children. Staci lives in Indiana, and covers a number of “mid-western” areas for Premier.

Keith is a licensed funeral arranger with 28 years of nationwide sales experience. Adept at creating and implementing training programs, Keith conducts hands-on field training, teleconferences, video training, classroom sessions, and in-home presentations. He sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps counselors create long-term career objectives within the death care profession.

Ricardo has extensive experience in working with funeral homes to grow their preneed programs. Counselor recruiting, training, leading seminars, and increasing online awareness are all tools Ricardo brings to the team and to our Funeral home partners. Ricardo has been in the industry for over 10 years. He is based in the greater Dallas area and travels throughout the country.

Ed founded Advance Planning Services, LLP, in 2004. Prior to organizing Advance Planning Services, Ed served for over thirty years in various senior management positions with the SECURA Companies (SECURA Life & SECURA Investments) and later with NGL.

Vickie is a graduate of Prairie View A&M university. She has been licensed to sell Life Insurance products since 1989. Her main focus is Pre-Planning, which is what she has specialized in for 26 years. Vickie’s passion for helping people and her knowledge of Pre-planning make her an asset to our team of Preneed Service experts.

Willie brings his unique experience working with Hispanic Communities on funeral arrangements and international shipments of human remains. As a Vietnam Veteran of the US army, Willie has a heartfelt desire to help families.

Luke has worked in the Preneed industry for a number of years and brings his impressive background in customer service, management, marketing and preneed experience to the Premier Preneed team. Luke is an avid Ironman competitor and community volunteer. He makes his home in Monroe, Wisconsin and manages Illinois and Wisconsin in partnership with Andy Weninger of Premier.
